“ Seattle definitely has fresh seafood all around, but this spot has become my go-to for consistent, top-notch quality! The service is always excellent, and while I do wish the menu was a little bigger, the options they have are always delicious. Although there are a few locations, this one is my favorite! It's right by the market, and there's this adorable plant store across the way that's perfect for a little browse after your meal. I love coming here for an in-between meal or a small bite - it's just the right spot when you're craving something fresh and satisfying. It's also perfect for grabbing fresh seafood to take home and cook. I never leave without picking up a few cans of smoked oysters and mussels to keep in my pantry. Can't recommend it enough! ”

“ This was a great place for my first time trying oysters! The Pacific oysters were our favorites over the sea glass and Olympia ones. However, the French fries here were what really blew us away. The atmosphere was really quaint and laid back on a Saturday afternoon and service was fast and friendly ”
“ Our waiter, Victor, is amazing! Great service and very fresh food! The geoduck sashimi is a MUST! We ordered 5-6 orders and not enough! We love the raw oyster selection especially the Kumamoto oyster. The steamers were also great. We had the classic and the curry sauce. Both were delicious but because it is not in season so the clams and mussels were not very big or fat. ”
“ Got friends visiting from out-of-town? Skip the overpriced cracker-barrel-esque seafood spots downtown and come to Taylor's on the hill, or one of their other locations. We stopped here for a quick appetizer on a rainy Friday evening. Large, filtered tanks of oysters, crabs, and other shellfish sit in the center of the restaurant, a hard-to-miss reminder of the freshness of their food. Other than the tanks, it's a casual restaurant that feels fairly upscale, especially when taking into account the affordability of the food. A shucker's dozen is less than $45, and the oysters are heavenly. They have a nice, simple menu. We'll try the Caesar salad and the crab Mac'N'Cheese next time. ”
“ Taylor NEVER DISAPPOINTS! If you've seen many of my reviews you know I am a fan of Taylor's, this was my first visit to the Pioneer Square location. As usual there was nothing to complain about. I really loved the ambiance, located in a historic building downtown with exposed brick walls and hardwood. The service was 10/10. The Oysters 10/10, The drinks, and food, all 10/10. Love this place! ”
